Survey for my blog subscribers (FINAL UPDATE)

Over the years I have focused on a range of Microsoft technologies on this blog and will continue to do so moving forward. I was curious as to what stuff you guys and girls focus in your professional lives. At the same time, I was also curious to see how the various free online surveys work.
